Report by the ECPM on measuring SDG16. It emphasizes that a “common but differentiated reponsibility” approach to developing indicators could be a good way to measure Goal 16. The report indicates that regional initiatives such as the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM) can provide in-depth analysis of country-specific targets under Goal 16, as well as highlight effective local approaches to addressing challenges.
