The Handbook examines current practice in the field of dialogue and seeks to demonstrate how dialogue can contribute to peace, development and democratic governance. The Handbooks offers practioners conceptual approaches to dialogue as well as options and tools on designing, facilitating, implementing, and assessing dialogue processes. The last sections presents three fully developed cases showing different approaches in different regions - in Latin America, Africa and Asia.
