The psychosocial conflict analysis is a tool for evaluation that integrates the Do No Harm approach with the psychosocial approach. The analysis aims at improving the understanding and handling of conflicts in the context of projects in order to increase the conflicts transformative effect of the work. The Implementation example from Senegal completes the Guide and the Tool for Psychosocial Conflict Analysis. It aims to show users with a practical way how the psychosocial conflict analysis works.
